How It Works?
- Purchase your service (Cold Plunge🧊 + Sauna🔥) online or just swing by!
- Check in at our Reception Desk
- We require that you either shower at home prior to arrival, or use our Rinse Room for a quick rinse before plunging
- Plunge + Sauna contrast to your liking
- Feel free to use our Rinse Room after you're finished
- Please bring your own Large Towel (or purchase one here)
- Please bring your own water (we also have water, coconut water, and electrolyte packets available to purchase)
- We recommend flip-flops or other waterproof footwear for the Plunge/Sauna area and Rinse Room (No Shoes Allowed beyond lobby)
- No reservations needed
